Here's a few answers to some commonly asked queries. If you are unable to find what you're wanting to know, however, please contact us.

How do I make sure I have ordered the right part for my vehicle?

If you use the fitment function which can be found on the home page and select your vehicles make, model and year, the right parts will be displayed for your vehicle.

What if I can't find the product I'm looking for?

The Nitro Gear website is brand new but we are launching new products and ranges very regularly. Even if you can’t find the product you are looking for on our site does not mean we don’t stock it. If we haven’t got what you are looking for on the website yet, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What shipping service do you use?

Nitro Gear uses Australia Post for all shipping at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we're only shipping to Australian addresses, but we are hoping to expand to support our NZ cousins and wider locations soon – keep an eye out!

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking code from Australia Post, to follow the travel of your item. Please use that tracking link to follow your parcel.

I have ordered a product online; but it hasn't arrived?

Due to delays during Covid-19 with Australia Post, we are experiencing an approximate delivery time of between 7-10 business days, but your item can sometimes be delivered sooner. Should your item not have arrived within that time period, please reach out to us via email on info@nitro-gear.com.au and we will see what we can find out. Alternatively, when you ordered and your item was shipped, you would have been emailed a tracking code from Australia Post, to follow the travel of your item.

Can I cancel or modify my order after I have received the confirmation email?

Generally, once your order has been confirmed we are unable to add to, remove from or modify your selection. If you do want to order more; you can start a new order.

Can I collect or pick up my parts?

At this stage we are an online service, with all our products available for shipping only. There is not currently a location for pickup, sorry.

How much does shipping cost?

Your shipping cost will vary depending on the size, weight and delivery address of the products you select.

I have a Trade account with Nitro-Gear and/or Roadsafe, can I use my account for online purchases?

At this stage, the trade account benefits only apply for Roadsafe Trade accounts and not specific to Nitro Gear. Online orders are not subject to trade conditions currently.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major Australia credit cards, and digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Android Pay are accepted.

What are your opening hours?

We are an online service, available to shop 24/7. Our returns and customer care team are available Monday-Friday; 8:30am-4pm (excluding public holidays). We are not available on weekends at this time, sorry.
